Level 1 Help Desk / Technical Support

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our professional team. The candidate must be a technically oriented person with experience in network design, implementation and troubleshooting with networking equipment, including routers, switches, wireless AP, and network servers.

Level 1 Support Engineer

 Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level technical support to customers via phone call, email, web support
  • Receive, investigate, resolve, track or dispatch trouble tickets in a timely manner
  • Provide support to Field Technicians and Service Representatives
  • Provide single point of contact for both technical and non-technical customer issues
  • Provide coordination of technical resources across multiple groups
  • Document and publish issues/resolutions in a knowledge transfer database

Level 2 Help Desk / Technical Support

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our professional team. The candidate must be a technically oriented person with experience in network design, implementation and troubleshooting with networking equipment, including routers, switches, wireless AP, and network servers. Candidates should also be familiar with ISP network management as well as general IP troubleshooting.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Receive, investigate, resolve and track escalated trouble tickets in a timely manner
  • Take post-sales customer support requests and assist customer with issues related to installation and/or testing of wireless broadband products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints concerning technical problems with the system.
  • Work with the engineering team to identify "bugs” and duplicate unknown issues raised via customer feedback.
  • Provide support to Field Technicians and Service Representatives
  • Ensure that best practices are used in design, testing and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Provide product training internally as needed
  • Available to provide on call support to our customers 1 week per month for high severity issues

Specific Knowledge / Skills:

  • 2 plus years of experience in customer service
  • Understanding of wireless transmission / RF technology objectives and challenges
  • Knowledge of 802.11 + TDMA advantage
  • Experience in basic electronics, signaling, current flow, resistance and impedance relevant to RF troubleshooting is desired
  • Strong PC, Linux and IP troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS WAN/LAN routing
  • Experience in network troubleshooting and broadband technologies
  • Experience in configuring network switches and firewalls/routers
  • In depth knowledge of switching hardware, L2 protocols
  • Knowledge of firewall and VPN hardware as well as site to site and extranet designs
  • Knowledge of MPLS / VPLS Networks and design
  • Knowledge of routing protocols OSPF, BGP and service provider topologies and designs
  • Experience with Red Hat Enterprise or Cent OS Linux distributions
  • Must demonstrate initiative to learn new technologies
  • Previous experience with Motorola Canopy a plus
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • Spanish is advantageous

Inside Sales Representative

Nationwide Inbound, Inc. is building its sales and marketing team and our aspirations are huge. We are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help fuel this ambitious growth.  If you love talking with people and have the drive to be the best, becoming an ISR for Nationwide Inbound, Inc. might be the perfect position for you.

Our ISR will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to identify and convert new customers, grow existing accounts, and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.  Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:
