Inside Sales Representative

Nationwide Inbound, Inc. is building its sales and marketing team and our aspirations are huge. We are on the hunt for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to help fuel this ambitious growth.  If you love talking with people and have the drive to be the best, becoming an ISR for Nationwide Inbound, Inc. might be the perfect position for you.

Our ISR will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to identify and convert new customers, grow existing accounts, and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.  Your primary responsibilities will be as follows:

1.    Manage all in-bound sales leads 2.    Assist Senior Sales Representatives
.    All Sales Functions; from research, close deals, and follow up
5.    Self-Generated lead research & outbound prospecting
6.    CRM Database Maintenance

Nationwide Inbound will receive from You:

·         Inside sales experience or customer service background preferred
·         Experience with CRM products such as SageCRM is a plus; willingness to learn is required
·         Organization and time management skills, with an ability to cope with a fluctuating workload
·         Ability to adapt quickly to new and varied job tasks in a fast paced environment
·         Incredible attention to detail, to ensure accurate use of internal systems and processing of information
·         Analytical skills to enable quick compilation of additional research

Customer Service Operational Manager

Nationwide Inbound is a fast growing, diverse customer service environment and we are seeking a Customer Service Operational Manager. The desired applicant will assist with regulating actions and encouraging the successes of a team consisting of 12-24 team members who provide customer service to a variety of companies.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Staff supervision, coaching, mentoring and disciplining
• Customer service assistance and resolution for elevated concerns of clients
• Maintain performance benchmarks of employees for optimal customer service experience
• Set a consistent, professional example through empathetic communication and positive demeanor while interacting with staff and clients

Nationwide Inbound will receive from you:

• 3 Years Customer Service Experience with an ability to recount a track record of client satisfaction and resolution
• Advanced computer capability with knowledge of Word and Excel
