Do you answer your calls live?
Yes, all of our calls are answered live. If the call is not answered within 4 rings, an auto attendant will come on letting your caller know they have called the right place and we will be with them momentarily.
Where are you located?
We are located in Northern, IL. Our Headquarters is located in Freeport, IL, but we also have locations in Rockford, IL and Sterling, IL.
What does the set up fee include?
The set up includes customization of the account. From the protocol to the scripting, our programming team will get your account set up for success under a one time set up fee.
What does the implementation process look like?
The speed in which we receive your paperwork will help define the time line until your account is live. Once all the completed paperwork is received, we will begin building and customizing the account. We will have you review the account with us and make any adjustments prior to training our agents. This allows us both to be set up for success, and for our agents to be ready when the first call comes in!
