Where are you located?
Our Main Campus is located in Freeport, IL, but we have employees located in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin and work remotely.
How does my business send you calls?
We work to customize your account so that we can act as an extension of your office. This includes a specialized forwarding number that
sends your calls to your account consisting of customized scripting and protocols.
What resources do you have for your customers?
We provide all of our clients with 24/7 client assistance as well as access to our customer portal which houses reports, messages, account
changes, on-call schedules, call recordings and much more.
