Nationwide Inbound Earns CAM-X 2022 Call Centre Award of Excellence and Award of Distinction.
Nationwide Inbound of Freeport, IL has been honored with the exclusive 2022 Award of Excellence for the 9th year by the Canadian Call Management Association (CAM-X) —the Industry’s Trade Association for providers of call centre services including telephone answering and message delivery. Nationwide Inbound was presented the award at the CAM-X 58th Annual Conference & Trade Show in Kingston, ON.
Now a nine-time winner, Nationwide Inbound has earned the Award of Excellence Sapphire Award for nine years. CAM-X extends its congratulations to the staff of Nationwide Inbound on their proven quality service to their customers.
Nationwide Inbound was also honored with the prestigious 2022 Call Centre Award of Distinction for the 7th year, which measures the skills of professional Call Center Agents.
The Call Centre Award of Distinction was created in response to overwhelming requests by Call Centres across North America for a tool to measure the skills of their professional Call Centre Agents on the job. After six months of testing, independent panels of judges score call-handling skills for “enhanced service” applications. The focus is on customer relationship management (CRM), courtesy, etiquette, the use of proper call techniques, as well as response time and accuracy. These are all cornerstones of the Call Management Industry.
