Some of these factors are how easy is it to use, what would our CSR’s need to do to login, how similar is it to other software’s we work with, how streamlined can we make the transition and do we have enough clients and call volume using it and coming in before we make the implementation.
How do I ensure that I am getting the correct information?
One of the things we pride ourselves on at Nationwide Inbound is the verification of the information we take from the client. From our detailed training to multiple ATSI awards, we have implemented a consistent and accurate verification process into our routine.
Will I just be given some generic and impersonal scripting?
While our 25 years of experience has helped us build a scripting framework that has proven to be successful and helpful, we completely welcome your input. We are always willing to make edits and changes so that the scripting is true to you and your business. We are happy to personalize and customize the verbiage and call flow so that it’s right where you want it to be!
How long will it take for my account to be set up?
The speed in which we receive your paperwork will help define the timeline until your account is live. Once all the completed paperwork is received, we will schedule a Guided Tour of the Account in five to seven business days from the date that we receive the paperwork. We will then take an additional week to train our agents on your account before they start taking your calls. At that point, you will be ready to go live!
