- Know the Policies: Be familiar with any holiday-specific processes to handle calls efficiently.
- Take Breaks: If the workload allows, use breaks to recharge.
- Embrace the Festive Spirit: Enjoy small moments of joy with teammates, even virtually if remote.
Spread Some Cheer
- Highlight and share your favorite Christmas traditions
- Share some of your favorite memories at work during the holidays
- Share lighthearted anecdotes of your most memorable holiday calls, whether they be sweet, funny or bizarre!
- Share your must-watch Christmas movies
- Share your top Christmas Carols, artists or albums to help your coworkers build the ultimate Christmas playlist!
Create a Festive Environment
- Add festive holiday decor to your desk or work area to keep things cheery
- Have some quick desk exercises you can do to help you stay motivated and alert
- Wear your favorite holiday garb and accessories
- If time allows, be sure to get some pictures of you and your coworkers in your awesome holiday outfits!
- Treat yourself to a special drink and/or snack
